We seek collaborative engagement to achieve equitable solutions in family, probate, estate and commercial matters.  We believe that the default of adversarial litigation is often most unhelpful and we seek, with our colleagues, to approach matters and disputes on the initial basis that it is possible to find an outcome which, while not ideal, would be acceptable to all parties and represent a fair and equitable solution to a dispute.  

Whilst we seek to arrive at a collaborative solution so that families and neighbours can continue to engage and work together in a constructive way, where this cannot be achieved we are very experienced at bringing such matters through litigation before a Court in order to achieve an equitable solution for our clients if mediation or arbitration cannot assist.
